2. Patient Health Information (PHI) Notice

Our clinical tools do not require or request patient names, medical record numbers (MRNs), or identifiable health details. Any medical parameters entered into calculators (such as laboratory values, physiological scores, or age) are processed locally on your device for immediate clinical scoring and are not retained on our servers.
